  • The motor drives the main shaft to make the impeller to rotate at a high speed. The material which entered impeller will speed up and ejected to crushing chamber, and then impact with the material liner that shaped in crushing chamber. In this process, to make the kinetic energy got from speeding up transform to energy need for crushing and shaping. The material will recycle for many times in the crushing chamber. After many times crushing and shaping, by the function of around gas eddy, to achieve constantly crushing and shaping. The final products are discharged from bottomoutlet of machine body. This crushing method is "crushing between materials", and it is used for material shaping. Besides, this machine also has another crushing method "crushing between materials and liners". To compare with "crushing between materials", the difference is: After material ejected from impeller, the material will impact with liner installed in crushing chamber. After impacting, the material will discharge from bottom outlet of machine body directly, and it does not recycle many times in crushing chamber. This crushing method is mainly used for crushing (target for large crushing ratio).

The crushing method  is dynamic squeeze. The working principle is: the electromotor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is squashed or split when movable jaw plate moves towards fixed jaw together with movable jaw. When movable jaw and movable jaw plate turn back by eccentric shaft and spring, the raw material, which is squashed or split before discharges from the bottom outlet under jaw plate. The bulk-production comes true while electromotor rotates continuously and the movable jaw crushes and discharges the raw material periodically.

It is widely used in rock crushing and washing plant, crushed sand or natural sand washing plant, mineral tailings processing site, etc. As we know, currents and washing machine wheel bucket type or screw spiral type can’t process fines below 3mm, that’s why we produce this system.
  • SUPL Sand recycling system has absorbed foreign advanced technology, and designed combined with sand field actual situation. It is widely used in mud purification, artificial Sand production line, hydropower station, sand aggregate system, glass raw material Processing system, coarse slime recovery, and recycle fine material, It can effectively reduce the loss amount of fine material; solve problems of end product such as relatively high fineness modulus and relatively low stone powder content. Working Principle:

  • Through rubber pipes sand water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurethane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.
